Qashio API Connector

Read-only REST API for integrating Qashio’s spend-management platform with external ERP systems. It exposes chart of accounts, suppliers, tax rates, bank accounts, transactions, cards, pool accounts, statements, and company balance summaries.

All endpoints require an x-api-key header for authentication and a companyId header that scopes every response to a single company. List endpoints are paginated and support filtering through query parameters.

ERP Bank Accounts

• GET /erp-bank-accounts: Returns a paginated list of ERP bank accounts for the company in the companyId header. Supports filtering by status, account type, account number, reconciliation-account flag and soft-delete flag.
• GET /erp-bank-accounts/{id}: Returns a single ERP bank account by its primary key (id), scoped to the company in the companyId header. The response includes the related company object.

ERP Chart of Accounts

• GET /erp-chart-of-accounts: Returns a paginated list of ERP chart-of-account records for the company identified by the companyId header. Results can be filtered by status, account type, account currency and account number.
• GET /erp-chart-of-accounts/{id}: Returns a single ERP chart-of-account record by its primary key (id), scoped to the company in the companyId header. The response includes the related company object.

ERP Suppliers

• GET /erp-suppliers: Returns a paginated list of ERP suppliers for the company in the companyId header. Supports filtering by status, soft-delete flag, creation/update date ranges, and remote (source-system) name or id.
• GET /erp-suppliers/{id}: Returns a single ERP supplier by its primary key (id), scoped to the company in the companyId header. The response includes the related company object.

ERP Tax Rates

• GET /erp-tax-rates: Returns a paginated list of ERP tax rates for the company in the companyId header. Supports filtering by status, country code, tax-rate code, total tax rate and soft-delete flag.
• GET /erp-tax-rates/{id}: Returns a single ERP tax rate by its primary key (id), scoped to the company in the companyId header. The response includes the related company object.

Transactions

• GET /erp-transactions: Returns a paginated list of transactions for the company in the companyId header. Supports extensive filtering by transaction category, sync status, approval status, transaction status and card last four.
• GET /erp-transactions/{id}: Returns a single transaction by its primary key (id), scoped to the company in the companyId header. The response includes line items, segments and custom segments, and approval metadata.

Cards

• GET /cards: Returns a paginated list of cards for the company in the companyId header. Supports filtering by status, card type (virtual/physical), account type (reloadable/pool), last four digits and cardholder.
• GET /cards/{cardId}: Returns full details for a single card by its external cardId, scoped to the company in the companyId header. Includes cardholder, segments, and the spend, purchase, country and merchant-category controls.

Pool Accounts

• GET /pool-accounts: Returns a paginated list of pool accounts for the company in the companyId header. Supports filtering by status, creator, manager, and creation time range.
• GET /pool-accounts/{poolAccountId}: Returns full details for a single pool account by its external poolAccountId, scoped to the company in the companyId header. Includes account managers and the balance/top-up and low-balance alert settings.

Statements

• GET /statements: Returns a paginated list of monthly statement summaries for the company in the companyId header. Supports filtering by account type, account id, and statement month (YYYY-MM).
• GET /statements/{accountId}: Returns the monthly statement history for a single account identified by its external accountId, scoped to the company in the companyId header. Supports a fromMonth/toMonth (YYYY-MM) range.

Company Summary

• GET /company/summary: Returns the consolidated balance summary for the company in the companyId header, broken down across company funding, pool accounts, cards, and subsidiaries.
