Pagination

Paging through v1 connector list endpoints.

List endpoints accept page (1-based) and page_size, and return a pagination block alongside data.

Use the updated_at_from / updated_at_to window to pull only what has changed since your last sync run, rather than re-reading the whole collection on every pass.
