Suspend a card
/public/v1/core/cards/{cardId}/change_statusSuspend a card.
Suspends an active card so it stops authorising transactions. This endpoint is
suspend-only. status must be suspended; any other value: including active or terminated: is rejected with 403. Reactivating or terminating a card is done in the Qashio dashboard.
The suspension is processed asynchronously. A success response means the request was accepted and
sent to the card issuer, not that the card is already suspended. Poll
GET /public/v1/erp/cards/{cardId} to confirm the committed state.
